My girlfriend got a promotion a few days ago, so we decided to celebrate.

Neither her, nor i have any STD's, as we did some tests a few weeks back.

Overall, we must have been having (unprotected) sex for over 2 hours (not including foreplay).

By the end, we went to sleep. I woke up about 15 minutes later to go to the toilet, and found that my penis was extremely swollen, numb, and sore. The foreskin itself was impossible to pull back, and trying to get an erection was nearly impossible... It was also extremely difficult to urinate.

It has been about 12 hours now, and the swelling has gone down, although it's still pretty bad.

I'm a bit worried and not sure what to do. Do i just wait a few more days? Apply pressure? Ice?

Help would be appreciated.

My girlfriend and I have had sexual marathons where we go at it like 5 to 7 times and each time lasts like an hour or a bit longer.  The next day not only was my penis sore but my legs were sore too.  She couldn't really walk.  She was walking like a grandma.  My penis didn't swell up like yours though.  And it didn't hurt to urinate.  It was sore and we didn't have sex for a week after that.  Maybe you bent it to much and you bursted some blood vessels...maybe you should see a doctor...

You need to use a penis health creme.  These cremes are made to treat all sorts of skin issues brought about by frequent or aggressive sexual acts.  There is nothing better for damaged penis skin than one of these cremes.  I use one for my dry skin and it totally works.  Good luck.
