Hello I am uncircumsised and i had unprotected sex around 2 months ago. A week ago I came to the USA and red spots started apearing on penis head,they were not frequent,they came and went. Hi, it sounds like you could have balanitis that could of been caused by the unprotected sex you had, I would advise you go to a doctor and get checked out as soon as possible.
