I have a red rash that is appearing to be at the start of my penis head, i have been circumsised when i was born. This rash has been here about a week now? Its sort of very sore to touch and when rubbed against anything it stings. It has also caused the skin around it to swell up. There is a tiny black dot in the middle of the red rash as well, maybe its a bruise or something? :S
