So about 5 days ago I noticed two small firm lumps on my vaginal lips, one on each side. They itched slightly, so I shaved the hair off that area, cleaned up and it stopped. Well its gotten progressively worse. The lumps have gotten bigger, and the lips are swollen and have a dull ache to them. The itching is bad if I'm not up and mving a lot, and vagisil and benedril creams help keep it at bay for about 2 hours. I did try absorbine jr and it helps the best, but I can't use it at work(and I probably shouldn't even use it down there) Sleeping is horrible. I do have a slight discharge. I've had vaginal itching, but nothing that's ever caused hard lumps that spread if you scratch
