Hi im 21 on the weekend and have found a lump on my right testicl.i have been off work with depression for over a month and also have been suffering from back pain radiating to my groin area. i have had these pains for a while and visit the docs regularly in search of finding whats wrong with me and must add that the lump wasent there when the back pain was which has now started to dissapear.i have had various tests only for docs to find nothing.a couple of days ago during bath time i found the lump and since my testical has been rather sensitive.it is situated on the top of my testical where the veins/strings connect.i am rather worried as my lump isnt the size of a bb but nearly half the size of my testical.this has come on rather quickly and im also rather worried and loosing sleep as a result. HELP! %-)

It doesn't sound like testical cancer at all to me.
If your docs didn't find anything during the back/groinal pain then I wouldn't worry about it. Still, get it checked out for peace of mind.
