about 2 weeks ago .. i had severe aching in my right testacle, lower abdomen and lower back.. i went to the doctors and she said it was my appendix... since then the achin pain has subsided.. however i have notice a hard lump on the inside of my right testicle... i feels like it has sumthing string coming off it...sumtimes it is tender and sometimes it it painless and sometimes it aches as well as my lower abdomen but this aching only usually occurs wen i have been examining my testicle..sometime i also feel slightly feverish.. im due to join the army in a wekk and a half..can somebody please give me some advice.. i plannning to visit the doctor asap but im after a probable diagnosis please?
