Well I am 15, masturbate around once a day, and I am still a virgin. I started puberty a long time ago, but yesterday walking home from school I got an aching pain in my right testicle. I thought nothing of it, but then it came back today a little more prevalent and has stayed for around an hour. Should I be worried? From what I can see there is no discolouration or change in size. In other news, I have been having pain in my chest or stomach area, sometimes in my lower back, but that could be completely different.
Any suggestions are welcome, thanks!

hey there guest,
I totally understand your concern.
have you done a testicular exam? if so have you found any lumps or differences between your left and right testee?
it is most likley nothing to be concerned with but its always a good idea to check.
please let me know.
thanks ;-)

There are no lumps of any kind, and I can't feel or see and twisting (if you can even see physical twisting for twisted testicles). Although this is true, below the one that's been hurting there seems to be some very small 'somethings', kind of like if a few pieces of string were knotted, but I've always been conscious and ever since I have been examining myself (years) this has always been there.
I have been playing games on the computer and basically lost the pain because I forget about it for hours until I'm sat here doing nothing.
