I've been on Orthro Tri-Cyclen Lo for about 5 months now, and I've yet to miss a period.
They usually come on the second or third day of the inactive pills, but it is currently 6:50 PM and I have not bled at all, but I have been getting cramps and discharge, which is normal for me before my period.
I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, but I'm still worried, so much so I've been looking into abortions (the closest abortion services I could find was 50 hours away!).
Any insight? :-(

I wouldn't be too worried. I started on birth control when before I started having sex because i was so irregular. Being on birth control has made it more regular but sometimes I'll start my period on the first placebo and sometimes on the fifth. If it doesn't come in a week I would go talk to your doctor.
