Ask a doctor i know weird having this answered by a girl but my boyfriend has the same problem since he was a teen hes now 24. Sounds kinda odd but you can try a ice cube to numb the surface of the tip while masturbating that way it wont hurt. If it continues for more then a month or so you should get it checked out by a doctor just go to planned parent hood. complete confidentiality when your a teen for everything.
