Toddler's having nosebleeds

Unless your child was hit in the head, or has just started using medication, you have nothing to worry about nosebleeds as they are quite common in children even those younger than 1.
The most common reasons of nosebleeds are dryness of the inner membranes. The nose’ lining consists of blood vessels that can easily bleed. When the lining is dry, bleeding may occur because of the crusts that had formed. The bleeding could appear because of low humidity or because of a cold or an allergy.
If you don’t manage to stop the bleeding, you may take your child to the doctor’s, so they could see where the bleeding’s coming from and stop the bleeding.
It is important you don’t put your child on his/hers back when the bleeding starts. You should put them in your knees and lead them a bit forward. Close his nostrils with a clean tissue and put some pressure for ten minutes or so. Then release the nostrils and see if the bleeding subsided.
You should also avoid putting anything inside the nose while it’s bleeding.
