A couple of nights ago (Dec 7th) me and my boyfriend were just fooling around and he put on a condom just incase. He ejaculated and we realized the condom was broken. There was no penetration and I'm still a virgin so the fluid had only been on the outside of my body for about 2 minutes. I took the plan B pill about half an hour later and have had no symptoms. but I haven't gotten my period yet and I was supposed to get it around the 7th ( which was the night all this happened). I'm very confused on why I still haven't gotten my period and if I could be pregnant.

Plan B is a hormone tablet. It will affect your cycles - you could be later/earlier/lighter/heavier for a couple of months
