Quick background, PSA of 8.8, Prostatectomy, DaVinci robot July 2010@ 55yrs.

Never hint of any urinary problems and yes erections really where anytime, any place, for however long you want. Just normal size 6.25" L (pubic bone to tip) x 5.75" circumference

Incontinent, got some better but had to use thick pads. No real erections, 50/50 with trimix injections and yes the Injections hurt! Used VED with great results except after 10-15 minutes penile feeling starts going away and it turns odd colors due to the constriction bands. No feeling by 30 minutes. If I dont use the VED & bands then pee drips out all the time, Yuck, wife does not really like pee in her, well you get the idea. Orgasms would always squirt pee, playtime would always have pee dripping so must use plastic hospital bed pads and be in, around and on, the pee soaked pad. Surgeon had said there were not any continence problems except during the short healing time. Erections would be back as good as always in 30 -90 days. VED Penis size was 5.87" L x 5.25 Circumference. YEP I LOST 3/8" TO 1/2" from prostatectomy. Did your surgeon measure your fully erect hard penis before prostatectomy?

Mine did not. HMM. Because he does not want to know what really happens with prostatectomy?

Had AMS 800 artificial urinary cuff implanted January 2014, pee still will come out when coughing and various other times. Must always use thin underwear liners and make sure your penis is always covered by the liner. Beige slacks are usually out of the question. Ever get Kacky pants wet? You know what I mean. Pee still shoots out with orgasms and dribbles some during playtime.

AMS 700 CX DECEMBER 2015 (standard not the LGX).

Surgeon (one of AMS certified best in Chicago and has done over 2,000). All he did was stretch my penis and measure pubic bone to CORONA ridge. He says that is where they need to measure as the penis head/glans will no longer engorge (adding length) after the AMS 700 is installed. Ok that makes sense I suppose. 12cm. Yep only 12cm when stretched flacid base to corona. I agree to that and we agree that I will be 12cm pubic bone to corona AFTER the AMS 700CX implant.

Nope. Only 11cm after implant pubic bone to corona. You catching on to a theme here? 

Ok we agreed I authorized the surgery if I will be 12cm pubic bone to corona. 

Well, now the implant is better then penis going numb in 15 minutes with the VED and bands.

I could even deal with being 5 &5/8 inches long BUT Certified "one of the best" surgeons and in the "Center of Excellence" never told me the AMS 700CX (CX is the standard, not LGX, not the smaller version CXR for smaller penises) will make my penis only 4&1/2 inches circumference.

Folks that's 5.75 to 4.5 inches around. AND penis looks like an oval not kinda round. You know two round cylinders placed next to each other look like an oval? Yes. And that's what two AMS 700CX cylinders make your penis look AND feel like.....an oval. Oh the width is still the same there is no more thickness on the underside your your penis. Draw exactly same circles right next to each other. Now draw a line exactly around those two circles and always touching your circles. What do you see? An oval. Yep.

World class Chicago Doctor lied. AMS lied. NOWHERE does AMS tell us their product will only allow your penis to be 4.5 inches around. Nowhere do they tell you you will lose a full inch in circumference.

Doctor never even discussed this issue. Poor dumb patient. AMS and the surgeons have got to know this is what happens and they choose to NOT tell you.

Please understand the reason for the AMS 800 Urinary implant and the AMS 700 Penile implant was so that my wife and I could have penis in vagina sex again, just like I did the day before prostatectomy.

I can not feel the vagina around this cheated penis anymore. My wife does not really feel much from my cheated penis when it is inside her.

I would not ever have believed all the above were I to read it when trying to educate myself about prostatectomy, urinary implant and penile implant. This guys story can not possibly be true.

But it really is true. Don't give me any BS about "..well at least your alive".

The issue is truth in medical explanations, I now call it "It's about TIME"

It is about time Doctors and medical part manufacturers are forced to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. And all before we make our decisions.
