I had a penile prothesis performed in 2018, after the surgery and the pain went away sex was great. I once again had a stiff erection, but now I can only maintain an erection for about 5 minutes. My wife thinks it's her and that I don't find her attractive anymore, but even after 29 years of marriage I think she is more attractive than the day I met her. Please Help!!!
