Hi there! I am sorry I need to ask but what did you wait until now? As far as I know, undescended testicles are operated in infancy to move the testicle down to the scrotum to preserve fertility and because of the esthetics, so that a boy wouldn’t have to cope with low self-esteem.
The thing with undescended testicles is that they make you more prone to having testicular cancer later in life. If testicles are not descended in infancy, they should be done after puberty or up to the age of 32. If the surgery to move them down hadn’t been done by the age 32, then it becomes risky and is more dangerous that the risk of cancer is.

I suppose that in your age, the testicle should be removed.

Haven’t you thought about probable negative effects before? Aren’t you aware of the risk of testicular cancer? The problem is that the risk of cancer is not reduced even if the testicle is descended by a surgery but it makes it easier to detect it.

Because of this risk, men with undescended testicles need to have regular testicular exams. I reckon you should see a doctor and talk about him/her about your options.

There are testicular prosthesis to make you feel and look as if there were a testicle. It is an implant made of silicone and filled with saline and that looks like real scrotum.

Iam a 30 years old young man i was born with one undecendent testcle under my groin, i had surgery at 24 years old to bring it down in the sac ,the docter stiched it in because it was too young. he told me it would fall in the sac in time when it got bigger, it is still small but getting bigger than it was. the problem is my girlfriend of ten years keep getting pregnant and having miscarriges at 2 months or less, she was tested by three different fertility doctors and thay cannot find anything wrong with her are the reason this should be happening. Do you think the problems could be because one of my testicle is not fully developed.
