Okay so, ive been on the depovera shot for about 2-3 years, cant remember..and my last shot was in december, im no longer on the shot anymore me and my boyfriend have sex unprotected and he does ejaculate inside of me. i dont know if its too early too tell and im just syking myself out but i looked up on a few websites that symptoms of pregnancy is breast tenderness wich i have VERY BADLY stomach cramps wich i have, but its weird i know the fealing of pms cramps and this is nothing like it i feal very bloated..but i know normally that your lower stomach gets hard. i havent gotten that yet. But like i said, i dont know if its too early too tell because when I think this could have happend would be tuesday, 4 days ago. BUT THEN im looking at websites with peoples opions quite like this one and people are saying you have too be ovulating too concieve!? and someone i dont know when i ovulate because i havent had a period in about the time that i have been on the shot and i still havent gotten one since ive been off.

can someone help me try too figure out a straight answer? i really want too know if its too early too tell if im pregnant and i would like someone who got their facts from a doctor too tell me if you have too be ovulating too concieve.

please get back too me a.s.a.p! thanks so much! :-)

This is a yes and no answer.

Yes you have to be ovulating to conceive. But you also must remember that sperm can live up to three days within the uterus. So even if you're not ovulating on the day of the unprotected sex... You still have to account for the three days afterward.

I hope that helps clear up some confusion.
