I am a mother of 3, and after 3 children traveling down the birth canal you can certainly bet that the vaginal area is just not what it use to be. To answer your question they actually do make vaginal tightening creams and you can purchase them at most any local erotic shops. I myself have tried 'California Fantasies - Snuggels' (The strawberry flavor ;-) ) and both me and my partner of three years noticed a pretty significant difference.
