I Think That I Ruined My Vagina - What Can I Do About This?

I feel like I ruined my vagina. I was very tight for a while and then one day i decided to try and make things even tighter just to see what it would be like. So i searched on the internet and found vaginal tightening creams, I found one called the China Shrink Cream on ebay and I ordered it. At first it worked great but after using it a couple times it kind of stopped working and I noticed that if i didn't use any of the cream at all that my vagina was very loose compared to what it was before i started using the cream...I tried other creams and i found that they aren't working for me and they are making my vagina too wet, to the point where i don't feel anything at all sometimes. I don't understand what happened....I thought that my vagina would still be tight since it was already very tight before i started using the creams but it seems like they have ruined my vagina....I try doing the kegel exercises every day but they aren't making much of a difference. I am so frustrated...Sex was so good before using the creams and now it just doesn't feel the same anymore...What is also weird is that before i was having sex many times a week and it stayed very tight and then i didn't have sex for a couple of months and then when I did, it was very loose and i was expecting it to be tight since it has been so long....I really don't understand what's going on...I really wish there is something out there that could help me :( Do you know of anything?
