Vaginal Bleeding, Soreness, and Abdominal Pain

I'm a 20 yr old female and I'm having bleeding from my vagina. It doesn't look like period blood at all. At first the outside of my vagina was itchy and sore. I've had lots of yeast infections and UTI's so I know what feels like what. I thought I had a yeast infection. Either the next day or later in the evening when I went to the bathroom when I wiped I noticed blood on the tissue. It doesn't look like period blood at all. I put a pantyliner on and I have close to no blood on the pantyliner. It's only when I go the bathroom I'll see spots of blood in the toilet and blood on the tissue. The outside of my vagina is still a little sore and my lower abdominal is hurting like crazy. It feels like cramps and sometimes also gas pains.

PLEASE HELP! I'm not sure if I should call the doctor and talk to her or the desk people or even what to say. If it's necessary I'll go to the hospital but I don't want to go and look silly. Anyone else had this problem?
