Could it be a diet that messes with the pH balance maybe?

Just want to say I also think it is caused by Hydrocodine. I have the same black stains in my underwear. Do not think PH. has anything to to with it. Years ago I had surgery that decreased my PH levels.

Hey.
That happened to me as well. I was feeling drowsy after waking up from fever. Upon using the toilet I groggily saw a very geyish black stain on my undies.. I was petrified thinking what happened but nothing came out after wiping myself. I thoight I was gonna die of something dangerous.. well fever does make you brain thinking process slow sometimes...

Well I saw your msg and now feel relaxed ! Haha..

Definitely not the reason. Not painkillers. I notice my panties get ‘blacker’ as the day goes on - like the ‘discharge’ oxidises - I’m in perfect health and have adult medical. Had a hysterectomy in 2007 but this has only been happening for the past 12 months. I’m also vegan and eat only whole foods. I have no other symptoms.

I have it. It's not really black. It's grey? sort of translucent. I have kidney discomfort so I'm thinking I may've abused ibuprofen. I think you can over do tylenol too. It may be our kidneys?

As this post is over a year old.. you guys probably won’t see my response. I am a nurse, 46 year old breast cancer survivor who has underwent a total hysterectomy. I too occasionally have this problem. I am sure this is related to PH balance of the vagina and reaction to certain materials our panties are made of. Try wearing only cotton panties.. this should solve the problem.
