Hi Im 48 yrs old, had a hysterectomy in 2005. I have noticed once in a while I get this black stain in the crotch of my panties. Im not sure what this is. when I wipe myself it isnt black, and it is clear. There isnt an odor either. Doesnt happen all the time. Is this something that is normal vaginal discharge? Or not? I dont have a period anymore. Maybe it is drug related?? If you know please let me know...Thanks

And to answer your questions:
The Old fashioned way of the bikini line! is how they did it.
2. Also do you still have your ovaries? No they took them out.
3. no sure if they removed the cervix.
I also am a breast cancer survivor 5 yrs now.
Im just on my last Oral Chemo, Arimidex. It stop you producing Estrogen. My breast cancer is the type that love to grow on Estrogene

I've had the same experience the last three months. I had an oblation 2 years ago, no hysterectomy though. I am 52 years olkd. I went to the doctor, no infection. My inner thighs have become stained black. He is testing my urine to see if the color is something to do with that. The two things I've found on that is melanoma and ochronosis. I'm anxious!!!!

I have been having the same problem on and off for the past year. I too had a complete hysterectomy, 19 yr breast cancer survivor, no chemo, just radiation. I am a 2 yr survivor of lung cancer. No new pills at all. Mostly appears in the morning when I get up to go to the bathroom, I see it,,,same thing as the others, no smell, clean when I wipe. Only in the very front of the panties, not so much a vaginal discharge but looks more like a urinary discharge?

I too have this. I had hysterectomy more than 20 years ago. Only meds I take are thyroid Armour. I smoke and drink coffee. I am healthy, have had all blood work done recently. I have decided it is either caffeine or nicotine in the system – of course that is just a speculation.

I am 46 and have this too for past 3 weeks since a fall. Could it be my medicine? First I was on Perocet but now just on high doses of Tylenol. No itch, no burning, just the discharge.

I am 48 y/o, still get my periods regularly and I don't know if I would call it a discharge exactly...reminds me of a mood ring. It only occurs when I take cold medicine. If I am wearing white panties, the crouch will turn a dark gray to black color, yet I am clear when I wipe.
