I had a partial hysterectomy and I still have my ovaries, I got some black stains in my underwear

I am 51 I had a partial hysterectomy I still have my ovaries. Everything else is gone. I have a black stain in my underwear but no period. Why is this happening? When I wipe it is odorless and colorless.
