This only happened to me 2 times in my life, but happened when i was 17 (it's beginning to happen again). i was playing a computer game, and then suddenly, a huge sharp pain in my innards behind my penis started contracting every 6 - 7 seconds for about 4 - 5 hours. i went online, did my homework and found perhaps the right words to describe the feelings. It feels like this: a knife is trying to stab its way out of my prostate gland (for lack of a better word) and is failing every time. it contracts, tightens and sends what seems to be a surge of electricity from the glands, to the tip of my urethra. the sharp, electric-like contractions seem to originate from the organ that pumps sperm through the tunnel of the penis after an orgasm. but i know it's not from the testis; just somewhere behind those organs. there's no way to escape the vas deferens pain. painkillers dont do the trick and sleeping doesnt do it either. it seems that the only way to stop it, is to knock myself out so my pain feeling system shut down. What's the diagnosis?
