I have problem waking up in the middle of the night. Sometime sit happen for 3-4 times. I usually stay in bedcount sheep, or toss and turn until I eventually fall back asleep. Why it is happening to me? I am 23 years old, female.

Waking up in the middle of the night is a symptom of insomnia. Relaxing imagery or thoughts may help to induce sleep more than counting sheep. Whichever technique is used, most experts agree that if you do not fall back asleep within 15-20 minutes, you should get out of bed, go to another room and engage in a relaxing activity, maybe listening to music or reading, but avoid watching the clock.
