Ever since the middle of my Junior year in highschool, i have been waking up every day in the middle of the night around 3 am. and its a quick wake up. like i would wake up.. sit down and lay right back down and go to sleep just fine. but the thing is i wake up as if someone is pushing me to wake up.

I'm having nightmares for the past few days. I've been falling asleep and waking up all sweaty. What can be causing them? And how to sleep better?
