Hi! Ive recently been having problems with waking up in the mid morning. It started this summer after school let out. I began to wake up at some time between 2-5am. At one point i slept through 2 nights, but then it continued. Now I wake up around three every morning. I turn my tv on and fall back asleep pretty easily, but some nights its harder. Just wondering if anyone knows why this is happening. I wont survive when school start back if this is still happening! Just need some advice/tips! Thanks! :)
