Hi, I would like to take some vitamin to help sleep disorders. Insomnia presents a problem for me and there must be some supplement to prevent it.

Hi, certainly there are. Haven’t you tried valeriana, or melissa supplements or teas to stimulate sleeping. These are herbs beneficial for sleep and taking stress away. A lot of sleep disorders occur due to the suppression of production of melatonin. Melatonin is known as sleep hormone. Melatonin levels normally rise at night, and peak during sleep, when You wake up they get lower. Try some calming music, meditation techniques , drink a cup of hot tea or milk. Some prefer to take a hot bath with lavender oil as it has soothing and relaxing potential.

Sleeping disorder is something that is very disturbing. I have this sometimes, and having so much obligations during a day I sometimes have problems to rest at night. I found out that there are few vitamins that can help. For instance if your body lacks of vitamin D you will have problems with sleeping. Also vitamin E can help you fall asleep more easily. This was showed by a study conducted on 400 people.
Have you been considering to use some other products that can help you with sleep problems? There are some herbal supplements that are pretty efficient in sleep problems. Many people use them and have good experiences.
