We have a kid of 1 yr old and we would like to have unprotected sex she initially took pills for birth control finally she have Brain Thrombosis so there is a side effect in that. Then I used condoms to have sex with her but that doesn't give us that much pleasure and we both doesn't get satisfied with each other.

Many gave an advice like after 15 days of periods we can have unprotected sex if the periods are regular for her, but we doesn't want to take any risk in it so can you pls suggest me what is the best method to have an unprotected sex?

Once we even try to have an anal sex but she was not able to tolerate the pain so we couldn't able to have anal sex even.

Pls kindly let me know some best method to have a unprotected sex for each other so that we both can get satisfied.
