We used a condom throughout the whole thing but he came when he was still inserted inside me

Chances of you conceiving when a condom was used and he ejaculated into it, chances are almost nil.  Unless there was a hole in it?  Contraceptives as long as they are used properly are efficient in preventing pregnancy.
