I visited a gastroenterologist today because of diarrhea I've been having for about 2 weeks now. He said, "I'll give you some samples and take a blood test and then see you in 2 weeks." When I left the lady at the front gave me Aciphex.
When I got to my car I read the information on the box and it said it was for GERD and things like heartburn, so I went inside to make sure they had given me the correct sample. She checked my chart, it had my name on it, and the doctor had said to give me a sample for GERD.

Could this be correct? I don't see how heartburn has anything to do with 2 weeks of diarrhea..
