Is it really possible to be allergic to perfume and deodorants? My girlfriend recently changed the perfume brand she uses and it looks like it is not suiting me at all! I felt nauseous, even wanted to vomit when I felt the aroma. Is this the standard allergic reaction? What are typical reactions to perfume fragrances?

Well, I will tell you that the perfume and deodorant allergies are very much possible since I am one of those unfortunate people that suffer from that condition. And it is really an annoying condition, one which can make a hell out of your life, if there are a lot of the allergen aromas in your environment of course. As for the reactions, they vary from relatively benign like mild nausea to serious ones, such as breathing difficulties.
