Assuming you are not grossly overweight, fat can make your penis appear smaller,  there is NOTHING that you can do to get an additional 4" - NOTHING.

There are no magic pills to make your penis bigger - NONE.

You CAN gain up to an inch with surgery.  Basically they sever tissues that support your penis so that it hangs lower.

6" is above average.  Most women can't comfortably handle 10", you'd bottom out in their cervix and they'd find it very painful.
