Hey so im 15 and i turn 16 in like 6 months and my penis dosnt seem like it wants to grow. like I have armpit hair pubic hair and a little bit of facial hair but penis seems to be the same and im really nervous . its like 2 inches soft and like 3 to 4 hard. im like 5"10 so every think else seems to be the same and plus im over weight about 210 pounds to be exact.

Being overweight can make your penis appear smaller. Any fat on the groin reduces the length.
Your penis can grow into your early 20's too.
