It is a fairly quick procedure done under local anesthetic. I'd be surprised if it took more than 10 minutes.

Im having the procedure because im aware about the diseas like cancer and also urinary track infection and its my parents who decide about circumcision and my doctor said it only take's 10 minites

In my opinion, those are NOT good reasons to have a circumcision. With proper hygiene on your part NEITHER of those is of significant concern.
It is a normal and natural part of your body. In many parts of the world the MAJORITY of men are UNcircumcised.
You'll have some pain during erections for some time as the wound heals. You'll find your glans to be very sensitive, possibly painfully so, for a period as well but that's no different than someone pulling back their foreskin for the first time.

I think many modern studies have disproved those old ideas. It's an easy procedure for the doctor so it helps pay for his new boat.
