Hey there that is just a term for when someone started puberty because one of the first signs someone is starting puberty (even before Pubic hair develops) is your testicles getting larger and hanging lower in your scrotum. How big are your testicles now? Do you have two of them in your scrotum?

Okay so, Im 14 and 5months, And i have pubic hair above my D*** Except none on my actual balls and my balls haven't dropped. i was thinking right now I'm about.... 5 and a half - 6 inches and about 1-2 inches thick.... but my balls haven't dropped does this mean i have a lot more growing to do... and i haven't lately noticed my d*** getting thicker or longer.... Your balls drop just after birth so you should be able to feel them in your scrotum as you go through puberty your balls will grow and your scrotum will hang a little lower as your body temperature goes up and as your testicles cool they contract closer to your body, at between 5.5 to 6 inches your about average for an adult male.
