Last friday, i have a medical session in which one of the requirements is xray..And we know that xray is the most one important requirements of the employeer. The diagnostic center texted me to have an apico xray. i did'nt know what happen, i did not drink alcoholic beverages or even smoke and i did'nt cough. i don't have any previous concern of my health. What is their primary motive to give an apico xray?

Apico - as in apicolordotic?
It's an x-ray that better focuses on the TOPS of the lungs, the apex. Sometimes in an x-ray there are artifacts, things that shouldn't be there. They can be caused by bones, etc. The apicolordotic view can help your doctor identify what is/isn't there.
I do suggest you have it done. It can also help identify whether or not you have PTB.
