I am now 44years. As long as i can remember i have had 2 testicles and a smaller third one attached to the right one. when i was 30 i consulted a doctor and he told me its harmless although i occasionally experience some erratic pain especially when i wear a tight underwear. Nowadays i feel pain at the epidermis and general body pain , can it be related to the condition, is it a cause for alarm now?

Hey i also had a bumb on one of my testicles. My doctor said that it was just a semen cyst, however I had to get scanned to make sure it wasn't cancer. I think I was told that a free floating bulge is more likely cancerous than one that is attached to the teste.
