over the last few weeks ive statred getting pains in my stomach and my back muscles have been tightening but when they tighten it really hurts and its painfull to move. i also keep getting nose bleeds all the time its painfull when i have sex too and after sex its still painfull and it burns me to wee and 2 days ago i have noticed a slight discolouring to my right breast and i lump in my stomach which is a little tender when i touch it, the lump has grown a bit over night, it is something i shud worry about???
