My sister was doing the Pilates all her pregnancy and after the delivery her breasts are almost the same as they were before. Also she is using cream for natural uplift and she is still into Pilates. I hope that you can do the same thing. The muscles which are surrounding the breasts should help after you shape them a little bit. And I am not soi sure for the cream but you can’t lose anything if you try.
I hope that this will help you and that you will achieve the goal that you have seted for yourself. And I think that surgery after delivery is not bad. So many women these days are doing it.
