I feel pregnant...insight plz!

I went to get a blood test done about a month ago that was negative...wat was supposed to be my period showed up 5 days early and was only spotting...doc said my breast were swollen due to the "period"....Well the spotting went away about 3 weeks ago and my boobs are still swollen...she didnt even bother to give me a pelvic examination...well my symptoms are: swollen/tender/heavy breast, my areolas are noticeable darker, I get nauseus on and off during the day...been having nose bleeds, headaches, lower back pain, am sleepy all the time...well the doctor didnt seem to take my feelings of pregnancy very seriously and thats how I feel pregnant...I already have a 2 year old so I know what am feeling...but apparently the doc just thinks am crazy...the so called period was spotting pinkish not my usual heavy dark full of clots period...i dunno am beginning to think am crazy myself...and I know its not the I want to be pregnant so bad am imagining it cause I really wasnt looking to be pregnant...If I am it is very welcomed but I dont think its my mind playing tricks on me...then to top it off my hubby is feeling the same way as me...I've been having loads of watery discharge so much so that I've thought I've gotten my period a couple of times...I need insight what do you guys think...sorry if it was so long any opinions would be highly appreciated it.
Oh and to top if off Ive been feeling for the past 2 weeks like am going to be my period am also bloated and my boobs have gotten huge...I know am not imagining it because these things have been pointed out by other people...if the last so called period was a period then I wouldnt be getting my period for about another 2 weeks so it makes no sense! what are the chances that am pregnant? Oh an hubby thinks that I know am pregnant and am just not telling him...my stomach is noticeable bloated and Ive been eating crazy things
