Hi

I am a 23 year old male. I'm new to this so I did not know where to post.

Over the last 2 years I have suffered from terrible tension headaches. They tend to be more present in the winter time because I spend more time around the computer and I have terrible posture. However i had a tension headache episode about 4 weeks ago and usually exercise tends to help, but this time it did not.

I have been constantly fatigued for 4 weeks now. Exercise makes me feel lightheaded and Im sore for days following a simple 15 minute light run. It has started to effect my mind. Im beginning to think Im going crazy because of it. My vision seems foggy and I haven't felt normal a single day. there has been a constant pain in my left thigh and lower side of my back and butt cheek (on the right side) for about 2 weeks as well

I have had some trouble falling asleep. Usually once or twice a week. The bigger problem is Im waking up extremely early every morning. hours before I need to get up.

Its making me extremely irritated. What could it be? is it a phycisal diorder effecting my mind? or is it opposite?

Its making me depressed. I wanna wake up, love to see the sun
. Just live life and be happy and energetic but I feel like im going crazy

also when im driving or dooing whatever i catch myself in a constant glaze,, its like an unclear fog

Hi I just wanted to reply to your post about feeling this way because I have a friend who told me similar things about fatigue, pain and headaches. He happens to be a gamer... plays online games pretty much all day every day because he can't work because he is so sick. They have run all sorts of tests but they have been inconclusive. I can't speak for you but I strongly urge that you consider getting away from your computer and find something else to pass your time. If you work in computing then you should do no more than you have to and make sure you lunch breaks are spent away from the pc. I have just heard from friends and experienced for myself too strange pains and feelings of lethargy and lowness after too much time in front of a pc. If you do have some underlying illness then I truly hope you will be able to find out what it is. If you can afford to do something like 2 weeks away in a more Southern climate then you should do it! Eat well, exercise and get as much fresh air as you can. It's what helped me through a very difficult year in 2005.

Hey Guest reply
that was very helpful but I was wondering if your friend had random back pain and leg pain? I find my legs and back are in a bit of pain and I get fatigued very easily even from a 10 minute light run.

I am getting some blood tests and an xray done on my lower back tomorrow. Im just afraid that its not MS or something serious

Im very glad that you are doing well and wish you all the best in the future
