worst case is an STD, or pregnancy. You should see someone either family doctor or local clinic either way due to HIPPA laws they must keep it confidential. If your as scared as you say tell your Mom, Moms understand more than you think. We were young girls once too. It may be hard for her to accept her little girl has grown up but it would make me much happier knowing my daughter trusted me enough to include me in all aspects of her life. Think about it. And please use protection every time. Condoms help to stop spread of STD and AIDs. And if used properly unwanted pregnancies.
