I have a joint infection. Im literally hooked to an iv with a machine & bag of ancef. Im like this for seven days. My finger is still the same im on day 2. Thing is it is a timed dose that releases itself, every 6 hours 4 times a day. I hope this works because its hard to do anything while having this attached to me plus my hand is useless. My finger is in extreme pain.. wish me luck. Do not screw with raw fibreglass people!

colds are caused by viruses, not by bacteria - antibiotics will do nothing. I suggest you find a different doctor and stop the antibiotic use immediately.
