This is normal. It happens when you don't ejaculate often. I have experiencd it many times since I sometimes go without sex. The more sexually active I am able to be the smaller they get and usually will go away after a few rounds. It's nothing to be concerned about. The longer you go without sex the thicker and longer they may be.

I also found hundreds of whitish worms just big enough to see, after leaving my ejaculate on some fabric for two days in a bin. I wonder if they were young from flies, feeding on the semen.

Thank you guys and girls with real logical answers, my problems are very similar, a gel worm in my penile discharge with yellowish hue a lump about the size of grape in the tubes just above my left testicle extremely painful ejaculation, even worst kidney pain, it all came about when my wife got cancer and got a hysterectomy, yeah we dont do it anymore, thankyou all for closer, as far as dehydration I drink a lot mainly only caffeinated drinks, doctors didnt really explain cloged testicle infection, epid-whatever, as most most of you all did, again thankyou

I am 31. Have two children and have the worm like jelly things in my sperm also. I am sexually active 1-3 times daily. Noticed this when I was a teen. So I don't think it means you cant have children but I have no clue. Hope it's nothing serious
