Hey dude! You are exactly at the age where most boys start to produce semen. That usually starts off being pretty clear - and gets whiter as your body starts to make higher percentages of sperm in your semen.
Now - to know what you are exactly seeing, there are (as usual) a few questions. When you are masturbating, so you know if you are having an orgasm? When do you see this liquid - is it there the whole time you are masturbating, or just at the end?

I know the same way that you will too someday...I experienced it all myself. I know it may seem like an uncertain time for you...lots of changes and new things...but you really are not alone. Any guy older than you has been there too. That is why most of us are here on this site...to help and reassure you that you are ok...and what you are experiencing is normal.
