When to expect the first symptoms

I am 20 years old I am happily married for almost 3 yrs now. I have always had irregular periods if lucky 4-5 times a year. My last one was almost two weeks ago and over the past dew days I have been noticing symptoms such as sore breast extreme fatigue very nauseas I have had dizzy spells and lots of back pain. I took an at home pregnancy test that came back negative I was wondering if it was possibly to soon to tell and also how soon symptoms such as back pain start. I have been told by doctors that I will probably never be able to have children we have not used protection in over a year. I would be extremely excited if we where pregnant but I don't want to get my hopes to high I have come to terms with not being able to have children I don't think I am because of the results of the previous test and I feel it is to soon for symptoms but that is why I am asking for advice anything would be greatly appreciated.
