Any place that has or is a pharmacy and I wouldn't use the ones from a convenient store they'll break before you get them open. By the way you can buy them if your under 18.

You can go to any planned parenthood agency (find them on the desk if not simply ask), or locate your local department of child and families/welfare agencies (look in the bathrooms).
They even come flavored (strawberry, chocolate, banana split). Even if you don't use them for intercourse they make a great conversational piece.

Yep, you can get condoms at WalMart too, they have them back in the health/body products, the shampoo, toothpaste & femenine products section of the store. If you're embarassed about buying them, you could just go to the self checkout too, if your store has one. Then you wouldn't even have to face a cashier. BUT you shouldn't be embarassed about being responsible and taking charge of your sexual health. :-)
You only need one condom for sex. Just make sure to inspect it for holes and tears before penetration. Also, it doesn't hurt to check every once in a while that it hasn't ripped or slipped off.

only ever wear one at a time. however condoms should be changed if they break or you have ejaculated or if sex lasts for a long time (i've heard every hour it should be changed but i would say change after no more than 30 minutes myself). i buy my condoms from a pharmacy in packs of 24 for around $10au
