Im 14 and my girlfriend and i have had sex. We used protection. She is two years older than me and im afraid of getting her pregnant. She has been in the mood this past week but i dont have any condoms. I told her i would not do it without protection. If i go to a store, gas station etc... would they sell them to me.

Depending upon where you live you should be able to buy them no problem.  I don't know of any laws, in the US, that will keep you from buying them.  You don't need a prescription.

Lots of public bathrooms, like in a bus station or train station have them in machines too.
