Any gas station or store and there is no legal age for buying condoms so don't worry about id checks. I recommend Trojan but at your age I wouldn't recommend having sex at all until you are 100% ready to make that type of decision.

if you are in england then you can pick up condoms at any GP of sexual health clinic or if you are in america then you can pick them up from any large store, gas station, or pharmacy and there is no age limit to buying them but dont have sex until you are 100% ready because it is a big decision

Yep. There is no age limit on getting condoms. Some places give them for free. Honestly - in my opinion - if you're too embarrassed to walk into a store and buy a condom, then you probably aren't ready to be doing things that require condoms yet... Something to think about.
