At first, I thought that I have problem with my stomach. I am sick every morning. Sometimes I vomit. So I went to see my doctor. He was very committed to find out what is going on. He tells me that my stomach is healthy and that my problem is in my head. He said I am worrying to much over everything. Is it really possible?

Yes it is possible. Stress and worry are the biggest enemies of modern people. Worrying is not something you should do. When you have a problem solve it, don't worry about it. I know it is easy to say, but hard to do. But worrying is the best way to get an ulcer. Find some good psychologist and explain him the situation. There is nothing to be a shame of.

Hello there,

I can relate to you because my best friend is almost the same person as you are. She is always worried, and I have noticed that she has developed wrinkles on her forehead because of frowning her forehead way too often.

And when she is sick or something hurts her she is on the edge of her nerves. She is contacting her doctor immediately and of course the old man is a little bit tired of her. She always imagines the worst case scenario (cancer or some other very dangerous condition).

Luckily it is always something very common and she was worrying over nothing. But the bottom line is this large amount of stress is very bad for your health.
