The reason you hurt after sex in this position is because you are hurting your ovaries. It happens to me to when my boyfriend’s penis hits in the ovaries way too hard or way too often. The biggest problem is that it doesn’t only hurt during sex, actually it doesn’t hurt during sex at all. It starts a few hours after sex and it may persist until another day. It feels as if I was having menstrual cramps.
I don’t panic since I know what it is and I just let it go. If it hurts too much, I take ibuprofen or something like that but it is gone the following day anyway.
